Hit Refresh Write-Ins are hour and a half spaces for you to dedicate to your work-in-progress (WIP), engage in a craft study challenge, and connect with other writers in your community.
When the muse is our friend, writing is as effortless as it is rewarding, leaving us reveling in the magic spilling forth from our finger. When the muse is fickle—changing directions in the middle of our project or disappearing completely—that’s when we as writers show our mettle. Regardless of where you are in your writing journey, we’re here for you!
It’s always the right time to hit refresh.

What’s better than meeting up virtually to write with your fellow writers every week? Getting together to write in person!
Each month, we choose a Solano County independent business to host these write-ins. These businesses have been carefully curated to align with our values as well as give us a lively (and delicious) space to stimulate our writing. Our favs include Heretic Brewery and Distillery [Fairfield], Moschetti Cafe [Vallejo], and Beyond Tea [Suison City].
